The Calanova project stems from the recovery of an old 8-storey tower built in the 1960s, which will be transformed into a modern and extremely efficient building, equipped with a geothermal heat pump system and a photovoltaic system. Residenze Calanova has a communal swimming pool and large gardens for the ground floor units and outdoor and indoor parking spaces.
