    • CASACLIMA AWARDS 2019
    • The Casa Lares project won the CasaClima Awards 2019 (Audience Award), an award reserved for the best sustainable building projects in Italy that saw Casalares selected out of more than 1,000 projects.

      The award was presented by the Bolzano CasaClima agency president on 6 September 2019 during the annual ceremony held at the Bolzano winery.

    • BUILDING OF EXCELLENCE COMPETITION - NYSERDA
    • 669 St Marks Av was the winner in the residential condominium section of the NYSERDA building of excellence, the New York state organisation created to promote the decarbonisation of the state and the use of green technologies. NY State's goal is to achieve zero emissions in 2050 and transform city buildings into energy-neutral ones.

      This is the first time that NY State has been able to do this.Our project was selected and won this award for the level of design that includes certification of the building according to the Passive House Institute standards and the use of all technologies for the production and reduction of energy consumption.
