Ciasa Lucrezies was born from the restoration of an old typical Ampezzo building that was destroyed by fire in 1939. The new project has 11 residential units and consists of 4 floors above ground and one basement. The building is powered only by renewable energy sources and is certified ClimateHouse A + Nature.
