Casalares is the first passive building constructed in Cortina. Winner of the CasaCLIMA AWARD 2019, it is composed of 4 residential units and is the result of a redevelopment project of an area within an Urban Implementation Plan in the municipality of Cortina. The building is CasaClima GOLD and NATURE certified and is almost completely self-sufficient in terms of energy, also thanks to the Geothermal system with 7 probes serving the electric heat pumps.
